FSA Tech Team County Leader
FSA Tech Team participated to Fulton County Tech Fair on Saturday, Januray 21, 2006 in Sandy Springs Middle School. The results are wonderful: FSA Tech Team studens won 8 first places, 6 second places and 5 third places. We found out that we are county leader among all Fulton County Schools. 27 projects of 5th, 6th, 7th and 8th grade levels will go to GaETC State Tech Fair and 8 projects of them are our projects. It is truly amazing!
Thank you all FSA Tech Team students. Also I would like to thank all parents. They have supported us through the year and every step along the way. Thanks Mr. Ozdemir, Mr. Sener and Mr. Cool, you always supported us in many ways. Thank you Mr. Friedman for great Tech Fair pictures. Thanks Mr. Sener for coming to Tech Fair and showing your support. Thanks Mr. Hunter for bringing pizzas for us.

I have an idea about Fulton County Tech Fair: After giving all individual results, school team can be awarded for their team success. For instance, 3 points for 1st place, 2 points for 2nd place, and 1 point for 3rd place and total point can be calculated. As a result 1st place, 2nd place and 3rd place Elementary, Middle and High School schools can be honored. I believe there might be a team spirit for all schools, and even schools can make projects as a team. It means that more competitive environment, more challenging and so more sussesful projects. I sent this my idea Fulton County Tech Fair organizators and Ms. Lisa Jones said that she would bring suggestions to share with the team in post-event review meeting.
