		<description>If you are a die hard SAP developer this is very effective way to describing the new oncoming or upgraded service. 

But if you are outside of the scope of SAP, then maybe use one of the more conventional and understandable approaches such as a TOGAF or something along that line.</description>

Some people use FRICE instead of RICEF. But basically they both refer to same thing... Maybe FRICE is more pronounceable… We did a project last year and project manager used to say FRICE.  Even some SAP add W letter to that term and W refers to Workflow.</description>
