Jelena,

SE80 gives more useful tools obviously. You can see the all program objects in the tree structure and navigate easily. You can also switch between different object groups. When you use SE80, you can use 'Full Screen on/off Shift 12' button to go full screen editor like SE38. An ABAP programmer can live without SE38, but not without SE80! :)

Dear Tuncay,
I just want to tell you that I am happy to hear about your good news.
Also -although I scroll through ITC-Server regularly- I didn't know about your family. Nice to hear about that, too. Photos??.

Greats from rainy Europe,
Klaus

What is wrong with using SE38, not SE80? SE38 takes you straight to the code, no bells and whistles - I like it. IMHO it's a matter of personal preference. One just needs to be aware of both, that's all. Or am I missing something?
