iWay Software
I know I didn’t finish my series1 yet, but today I’d like to start another writing series. Even though I haven’t explained my new company yet, series2 would be about a new product/project in our company. So I still don’t tell you my company name and just refer ‘the company’.
All right, new product is iWay Software. series2 will be about iWay Software projects. The company has decided to buy iWay Software as an integration tool between external systems and SAP. I said integration tool, but it might be called EAI, SOA, Middleware, EDA, ESB, etc… I am not sure, I am going to digg more about these terms. Coming soon…
iWay Software introduces itself like that:
iWay Software provides rapid integration solutions that help companies large and small meet new business challenges without making their vital information investments obsolete.
Information Builders founded iWay Software in early 2001 by leveraging the same integration middleware expertise we had developed over the course of a decade with our award-winning EDA middleware technology. iWay Software enables Information Builders to build and extend the power of EDA in an environment dedicated to rapid integration solutions and highly responsive customer service.
With revenues topping $50 million in 2005, iWay Software is among the top 10 integration vendors worldwide. Among our clients in business, government, and education are many of the top Fortune 500 companies.
So as you see its parent company is Information Builders. I think iWay is very well-known for its adapters in industry.
Wish good luck and good articles for series2.
