I saw that there is a great demand for SAP Consultants in US and as IS-U Consultant is a rare skill nowdays there is a short of supply for this roles. I'm now in the process of obtaining H1B visa. I am not able to follow up everything about US job market recently, but what I can say is it’s not easy for foreign professionals. Recently SAP market is good comparing to two - three years ago. If someone has a great experience in SAP, he can apply to jobs which give H1 visa. But everything depends on interview process.
