User-Exit: EXIT_SAPLV60B_001 [SAP]
If you want to create an item text when a billing document (invoice) is created, you can use the user-exit below.

EXIT_SAPLV60B_001 (User Exit AC Interface (Header Line))
Use SAVE_TEXT function module. Text name must be Billing Document Number + Item Number.
By updating CVBRP and CKOMV internal table, you can update some date on the billing document. For example: GSBER (Business Area)
